When you have made your selection, choose your size and click on "add to cart" or “buy it now”. If choosing to add to cart, once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your cart at the top right-hand corner of your screen and click on "checkout" to be led through the checkout process.
Delivery & Orders
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we’re here to help.
Before contacting us it’s worth checking a few things first. Check the tracking link we sent in your despatch email to view up to date tracking information.
Sign into your account to check we have the correct delivery information for your order and that all of your contact details are up to date.
Check with your neighbours. If you weren’t in then the courier may have left the parcel with one of your neighbours. Check in any safe area's the driver may have left your parcel, such as in a porch or garden shed.
If you still can’t find your parcel contact our Customer Service team quoting your order number.
Once you’ve placed an order, we’re unable to cancel or amend it; however, items can be returned for a full refund.
Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us.
All our UK delivery orders are despatched with tracking. You will receive a despatch email with a tracking link on for your order..
When we send your despatched email there can sometimes be a delay between this being sent and the carrier receiving the order, as a guide for UK orders please allow up to 12 hours for your orders information to be visible.
Tracking may not be available on some International orders. Please allow the full delivery time before contacting.
All orders are shipped from the UK, so you may be charged import duties or taxes when the parcel reaches the delivery country. These charges vary and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
We’re only human and occasionally mistakes can happen. If it’s happened to you we’re very sorry and we’ll do our best to put it right as soon as possible.

Returns / Refunds
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however we understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right or that you might change your mind. In the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item to us, please send us an email with the caption 'Returning Item' to firstname.lastname@example.org
To exchange an item, please send us an email with the caption 'Exchange Item' to email@example.com quoting your reference number and details of the item you would like to exchange for.
We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse. Refunds will usually clear into your account within 5 working days, however this can vary between banks and can take longer if you are an international customer.
Should you have misplaced your despatch note, please send us an email with the caption 'Returning Item' to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order reference number.
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly.
1. In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photo proof of the affected item and your order number in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the item to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any item that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at email@example.com
2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team at Royal Mail and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
